Valvoline Oil Program

  • Complete Line of Automotive and Commercial Products:
    Valvoline offers ATD Dealers a full line of products including motor oils, automatic transmission fluids, greases and gear lubricants in all package sizes.
  • Family of Brands Offering:
    The Valvoline Family of Brands offering includes additional product categories such as Valvoline Professional Series (VPS) service chemicals, Zerex antifreeze/coolant, filters, wiper blades, appearance and detailing products.
  • National Account Pricing:
    Competitive National Account pricing when purchasing direct from Valvoline. Credit approval and a purchasing account from Valvoline are needed before qualifying for the National Account pricing.
  • Pay for Performance (PFP):
    Each Dealer qualifies for a Pay for Performance allowance of $.075 per point on all products (except bulk oil) purchased directly from Valvoline. The PFP is offered in lieu of equipment loan funding, and is paid by check at the end of each 12 month period.
  • Installer Incentive Fund (IIF):
    Each dealer will earn $.018 per point on all Valvoline Family of Brand products purchased. Funds can be used for advertising, brand promotional activities, special event marketing or other prior approved marketing or business development programs.
  • Valvoline Marketing Programs:
    Valvoline offers an array of marketing programs including customer loyalty, traffic building and customer recognition programs. These programs are designed to provide our customers with tools needed to increase business through increased traffic and customer retention as well as increasing the average customer repair ticket. Specific promotional details are available from the Valvoline Territory Business Manager
  • Valvoline Engine Guarantee:
    Qualifying locations are eligible for participation in this NEW program offering customers an engine guarantee up to 300,000 miles. Locations must meet minimum qualification volume and product standards to participate. Consumers must enroll their automobile before reaching 75,000 miles and demonstrate routine preventive maintenance using Valvoline branded motor oil to remain active in the program.
  • Training:
    Valvoline offers over 40 online training modules for our national account customers. Courses are grouped by category and include Product Information, Premium Service Trade Up, Customer Service, and many other options. Some courses are offered in Spanish as well. Course completion can be monitored to ensure complete employee participation.
  • Valvoline Point of Sale Support:
    Point of sale materials designed to brand service locations with a highly recognizable name are available at no charge to our dealers. Valvoline is proud to claim a 98% consumer recognition score as well as claim that more ASE technicians use Valvoline products.
  • Valvoline National Advertising:
    The Valvoline name can be seen on television and radio, in print or even at point of sale. Leveraging the brand recognition and quality image is critical in gaining consumer confidence. And, you might even see us on the race track, too.
  • Terms:
    Billing terms are EFT (net 30 days). A minimum delivery on packaged good is 60 gallons and minimum delivery on bulk is 110 gallons per grade.
