CreditBAY Dealer Enrollment Process
To Enroll with ATDServiceBAY
Each dealer that chooses to enroll in the CreditBAY/CarCareONE program must fill out the 
Dealer
Enrollment Agreement (WB-5) and fax to Donna Zvanut at 704-992-1280. Please check which program(s)
you are enrolling in and note the monthly fee per location that is based on your ServiceBAY level.
This document authorizes ATD to bill you monthly for the program(s) you have enrolled in. Dealers
that enroll multiple locations will be billed their combined fees on the dealer’s main account
number. For billing questions please call Donna Zvanut at 800-222-1167 x 7054.
To Enroll with CarCareONE:
- Option One: Enroll online through a link available on ATDOnline. This is the preferred enrollment
process as you can receive your equipment and collateral materials within 72 hours!
- Option Two: Call 1-800-244-7354 (choose optoin #3) and a GE Consumer finance representative will forward you an application.
