How to Enroll in the Protection Plus Program
Each dealer that chooses to enroll in the Protection Plus National Service Warranty and/or the Tire Protection Plan must fill out the
Dealer Enrollment Agreement (WB-5) and fax to Donna
Zvanut at 704-992-1280. Please check which program(s) you are enrolling in and note the
monthly fee per location that is based on your ServiceBAY level. This document authorizes
ATD to bill you monthly for the program(s) you have enrolled in. Dealers that enroll
multiple locations will be billed their combined fees on the dealer’s main account number.
For billing questions please call Donna Zvanut at 800-222-1167 x 7054. Within approximately
two weeks of enrollment each location will receive a welcome kit that contains POS material
for the program(s) the dealer enrolled in.
Dealers enrolling in the Protection Plus Tire Protection Plan must also fill out the
Tire Protection Plan Location Enrollment (WB-6)
for each location enrolled and fax to Donna Zvanut at 704-992-1280. This
form serves to notify Automotive Business Solutions (ABS), the plan administrator, to add
the location to their network of participating dealers.
Dealers enrolling in the Protection Plus National Service Warranty must also fill out the
National Service Warranty Location Enrollment (WB-7)
for each location enrolled and fax to Donna Zvanut at 704-992-1280.
This form serves to notify Automotive Business Solutions (ABS), the plan administrator, to
add the locations to their network of participating dealers.
